It is used solely for the calculations required to use the Webtool and is deleted when the session has ended. Please note the charts produced in this Webtool are solely derived from the information entered by the user. 3C Associates accepts no responsibility or liability for any inaccuracy or error represented in this data.

We use email addresses entered in our "recommend a friend" form solely for the purpose of sending an email recommending our website to that email address, and we refer by name to the person requesting this recommendation. These email addresses are not stored in any database, passed on to any third party or used in any other way and no further contact is made as a result of this submission. Recipients who access the webtool following this email recommendation may be contacted by us if they do not tick the opt out box when completing their details.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We do not sell, trade or rent the information we get from you on this site to others. 

Access to information we receive is restricted to employees, contractors and agents of 3C Associates only, who need to know this information in order to operate. This access is governed by confidentiality agreements.
